Menus, dishes, ingredients, and the way the service works can all be adapted to what you're looking for. I take care of the preparation, while you get to enjoy the food, learn something new, or spend time with the people you're celebrating with.

Services can be provided in: English, Spanish, Italian, or Valencian.

1 | Private Dining

Enjoy a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your own home, villa, apartment, or holiday rental. I take care of everything, from planning the menu to serving and cleaning up.

 

We'll discuss your tastes, dietary requirements, and the kind of experience you're looking for, and I'll create a personalized menu for you and your guests.

 

I personally source fresh, seasonal ingredients from Valencia's Central Market and trusted local producers, then prepare and serve everything in your kitchen, sharing the stories and techniques behind each dish.

 

From a relaxed gathering with friends to a special dinner for two, every menu is tailored to you, so you can simply sit back, enjoy the food, and leave the rest to me.

2 | Cooking classes

A private, hands-on cooking class built around what you want to learn, tailored to your interests and experience.

 

From traditional Valencian and Mediterranean cooking to paella, baking, and kitchen basics, you choose what we'd cook together.

 

As we cook, I'll guide you through the techniques, explain why they work, and share practical skills you can use at home. With plenty of time for questions and learning at your own pace, each class is personal and practical.

 

Whether you're visiting Valencia or looking to improve your cooking, you'll enjoy what we make together and take home the recipes and techniques to recreate it yourself.

3 | Events & catering

Every event is different, so I tailor the menu and service to your occasion, venue, number of guests, and preferences.

 

From relaxed table service and buffets to on-site paella, canapés, or a combination of styles, I'll help you find the right fit. Additional staff, equipment, and other practical requirements can also be arranged when needed.

How It Works

1. Say Hello

Tell me about your occasion, preferences, and what you have in mind. I'll share preset and seasonal menus and experiences for you to explore, with the option to customize them to make the experience your own.

2. Make It Personal

I'll tailor the menu and service around your plans, working with you to make any changes or additions. Once you're happy, confirm your booking with a refundable deposit and I'll take care of the rest.

3. Enjoy

Everything is taken care of and now it's time to eat, learn, celebrate, and enjoy the experience.

Need a venue or space?

If you need a space or venue for your experience, I have access to several locations in Valencia that can be arranged depending on the type of event and the size of your gorup.
